Jill discovered yoga in 1998 with a Rodney Yee VHS tape, igniting a passion that continues to draw her back to the mat. For Jill, yoga is a source of grounding, clarity, and resilience, offering strength through life’s challenges. Over the years, her practice deepened into a daily ritual that reshaped her life and inspired her to share yoga’s transformative benefits with others. She has completed a 200-hour certification in 2016, Level One Kundalini training in 2019, 500-hour advanced certification in 2020, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certification in 2020, and Functional Medicine Health Coaching training in 2024. She has also studied yoga and meditation in Nepal, India, and Bali, continually expanding her understanding of holistic wellness.

Jill’s teaching reflects her belief that yoga is for every body. Her inclusive classes are accessible to all levels, offering modifications to ensure each posture feels approachable and empowering. She keeps returning to the mat for the connection, renewal, and strength it brings, and she strives to help others experience the same. When not teaching, Jill finds joy in nature, hiking and camping with her  Service Dog, Luna Love.
