As the community grows so will our offerings. For now, here are some details to help pick the class best suited for your needs today :)
Slow Flow
Slowing down the moving practice to allow space for the breath. These classes will vary and change based on students needs. A great class for beginners to advanced students.
restorative
Unwind the nervous system with this floor based class. Including guided breathwork, gentle warms ups and longer held postures. Allowing the thinking mind to settle, the breath and body become our anchor of awareness.
flow + Yin
A warming duality practice, beginning with a flow rooted in mobility and strength, then balanced out with a grounding Yin practice of long holds and deep stretching.
Slow Burn
A slow moving practice with the addition of optional weights, resistance bands and small exercise balls to build strength within the body. Great for all levels, this class will move mindfully with options to adjust for individual needs.
BHakti Vinyasa
Bhakti Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, soulful, and devotional yoga practice that fuses the principles of Hatha yoga, (the union of body, breath, and movement) and the qualities of Bhakti yoga (gratitude, open-heartedness, humility, compassion, and devotion).
In this movement based practice we’ll learn more about the why behind how this yoga works, by exploring the physical asanas (postures), the myths and mudras that live inside them, and the energy they create. We’ll be diving deep into the essence of the yoga and how we can move toward finding more balance and unity in our own lives.
roll + Release
Using Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls to roll the tight and tense spaces throughout the body with gentle movements to follow. Allowing us to release, relax and be at ease.
Warm Yin
A warm passive stretch based practice, Yin yoga is rooted in the ability to embrace the pause and connect to the breathing body. This grounding practice encourages settling into stillness, sensations of deep stretch without pushing the body past our comfort.
