Liz came to yoga at the age of 8 years old through a beloved guardian. She practiced casually until a traumatic incident that occurred at the beginning of 2021. In the year that followed, she practiced yoga every day. Yoga combined with EMDR therapy offered something precious and seemingly elusive to her; consistent relief. Liz found so much relief and healing through yoga, she felt called to share what she had experienced. Liz began teaching in 2023. Since then she has traveled to Rishikesh, India to receive her 200-hour certification and is currently pursuing her 500-hour certification as well as her 800-hour Yoga Therapy certification.

Liz comes back to yoga daily because her practice feels like a big, warm hug. And who doesn't always need one of those? Mantra, asana, breath, or stillness, there is a practice to meet her exactly where she is in life.
