Rae Simonson

Rae has long been drawn towards a spiritual way of perceiving, living, and understanding the world.  So, when she found yoga in 2017, it captured her heart immediately.  With a love for learning and continual experiences of a deepening connection within that yoga was opening up, led to an immersion in practice and an exploration of the path.  She found in yoga a gentle, safe & therapeutic way into self healing, growth and transformation.  She has come to discover that the discipline of yoga works because it provides the repetition and structure that is a stable foundation which supports, balances and provides space as one opens into the exploration of mind, body and spirit.  By bringing oneself into alignment, a full range of possibilities begins to unfold within. 

  Rae’s path through yoga has led her to study and train in the mindfulness and heart practices of Vipassana and Metta meditation and has also become a devoted Reiki practitioner.  All this evolved into a discovery of a growing presence and calm peace within that continues to open and bloom.  Valuing the tranquility that she’s found with these practices, her goal is to share the benefits of yoga and mindfulness in supportive heart centered practices that guide one into a greater sense of harmony and wellbeing.
