Sara is a writer, gardener, cook, tree-hugger, and, in her words, a living-seasonally evangelist. Her teaching style is grounded in the wisdom of nature and seasonal rhythms, encouraging intuitive movement and deep rest. She has a particular love for the practice of yin yoga, where stillness, long holds, and quiet create space to soften and reconnect with your truest self. 

As a certified yin and restorative yoga teacher and meditation guide, Sara loves weaving seasonal wisdom and mindfulness into each class. Through yoga, mobility, mindfulness classes, workshops, and teaching, Sara shares the importance of letting nature dictate our habits.
