Ashley has been practicing yoga since 2008 and teaching since 2012 when she learned directly from Jonny Kest his unique style of vinyasa yoga. Bringing compassion and empathy to each class she teaches, she encourages each student to move and breathe in a way that feels intuitive for them, creating an opportunity to connect deeper to whats happening inside, rather than outside. Her energetic sequences of postures are designed to create internal body heat that promote physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing.
