Hello & Welcome!

Our classes are offered on a drop-in basis.

No pre-registration necessary.

  • Wear (or bring) comfortable clothes- (there is space for you to change).

  • Aim to arrive 10 minutes early to get settled.

  • Bring a yoga mat if you like or we have a few to borrow during class.

  • Stay hydrated, water station available to refill your bottle.

  • You can rest whenever you need to and pace the class to your own needs.
