Special evening practice combining Restorative Yoga, Somatic Breathwork, and Meditation, designed to promote deep relaxation and nervous system balance.
🌀 Why Breathwork Matters: Breathwork helps shift the body from stress mode to a state of calm by engaging the parasympathetic nervous system. Modern stress often keeps us in "fight-or-flight" mode, even when we’re not in physical danger. Breathwork activates the body’s natural ability to relax, improving focus, clarity, and emotional balance.
What to Expect:
Restorative Yoga: Gentle poses supported by props to release tension
Somatic Breathwork: Techniques to calm the nervous system and restore balance
Meditation: Guided mindfulness to promote clarity and presence
